- All charms have silver spring clasps allowing you to move around your charms to tell your own story (if you prefer gold let us know in the checkout notes)
- Each bag comes with plated dainty necklace chain for you for you to wear your charms as jewelry

Please be mindful that our jewelry and Picto-Charms™ are handmade at our store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in New York City. Our pieces are delicate and should be handled with a gentle hand. Our jewelry is made with high-quality materials that are always mentioned in the product listing, but we suggest avoiding direct contact with water, perfume, and lotions, as it may lead to tarnishing or discoloration.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
Due to our custom and made-to-order production process we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. However, we do offer a Lifetime Repair Pinky Promise: our mission is to craft whimsical pieces that stand the test of time. We believe every creation deserves to be cherished for as long as possible and not cast aside or end up in a landfill due to a mishap.
