If you order a custom Picto-Charm™ or another personalized product, you may upload photographs or other images. We use these images solely for the purpose of producing your custom item. Images are accessible only to team members involved in production.We do not use customer-uploaded images to train artificial intelligence models or for any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your order.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
- Shopify, which hosts our online store, processes payments, manages checkout, and provides ecommerce infrastructure.
- Klaviyo, which we use to send email newsletters, order updates, abandoned cart reminders, and other marketing communications (if you have chosen to receive them), as well as to better understand how our email campaigns perform.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other advertising partners, which may help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising, personalize marketing, and show relevant advertisements across other websites and platforms.
- Analytics providers, which help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve its performance and customer experience.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
