Ready-Made items will ship 1-2 weeks after you order. Made-to-Order items will ship in 3-4 weeks (15-20 business days) from Brooklyn, New York, or possibly sooner! Business days do not include holidays or weekends. For exact processing times, please check each product listing.

LOSS, DAMAGE OR THEFT

We strongly recommend opting in for Shipping Protection offered during checkout as we are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped & do not refund for packages lost or held in transit. The shipping protection program is managed by Route (a partner service) and covers loss, damage and theft once the shipment is in transit. By opting out, Haricot Vert will not be liable for shipping mishaps. We are not a factory, we are real humans making your pieces in a small atelier in the NYC and cannot manage the mishaps of the postal service on our own. Thanks for your understanding! In general, please ensure that your delivery address is 100% accurate and secure. If a parcel is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your home, with neighbors and with your local post office. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or other shipping-related issue, please contact us here with your order details to arrange a re-shipment within 6 months of the initial order date. The customer is always responsible for all re-shipping + handling costs + any added customs fees.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
